At Therefore Fashion, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in everything you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process.

Exchange Policy

Flash Sale Orders
Orders placed during Flash Sale events are not eligible for exchanges.

1-Time Free Exchange
We offer a one-time free size/product exchange per order. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Second Exchange (Same Order)
If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, a ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags must be intact
• Item must be in original packaging

Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

Return Policy

Flash Sale Orders
Orders placed during Flash Sale events are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund initiation within 48 hours after pickup
• It may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Returns will be refunded as a Gift Card only

Gift Card Payment (COD Orders)

• If a gift card is used, the remaining balance must be paid via UPI or card
• COD is not available for balance payments

Shipping & COD Charges

• Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable

Reverse Pickup Process

Serviceable Areas

• Reverse pickup will be arranged at your doorstep (if service is available)

Non-Serviceable Areas

• You may self-ship via India Post
• We will reimburse ₹70 shipping cost after quality check approval

Pickup Attempts

• Maximum 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours
• Ensure availability to avoid delays

Important Guidelines

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Products under:
  • Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1)
  • Buy 2 Get 1 (B2G1)
  • Discounts of 50% or more
    → Not eligible for returns, only size exchange allowed
• Hygiene Check (Activewear)
  All products go through strict QC. Items failing inspection will not be accepted
• Missing/Damaged Product Claims
  • Please record a clear unboxing video
  • Claims without video proof may not be accepted
