Customers are generally allowed to request an exchange within 15 days of purchase, however it is mandatory that the request be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, failing which the request may not be accepted; additionally, any orders placed during flash sale events are strictly not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds under any circumstances, as these are considered final sale purchases. For regular orders, Therefore Fashion provides a one-time free exchange per order, allowing customers to request a change in size or product, but this benefit is limited to a single instance per order, and if a customer chooses to initiate a second exchange for the same order, a fixed exchange fee of ₹100 will be applicable, which must be paid before processing the request. For categories such as activewear, an additional hygiene and quality control check is strictly enforced, and any product failing this inspection will not be accepted for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns.

In cases where customers receive a missing or damaged product, it is strongly recommended to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of delivery, as this serves as primary proof for claim validation; requests raised without sufficient video evidence may not be accepted or may face delays in resolution.
